I have been learning to crochet and used my first ever crocheted flower on a LO and am very pleased with how it turned out. I am still a learner though I only know how to do chain, slip, double crochet and triple crochet and am going to pester my mum to explain half treble crochet to me as a really pretty lacey pattern uses it lol.

School Leavers photo
I did this page last night for the latest Scrapology Challenge which is to use a mask. I used a flower vine mask along with matching flowers and Candy Pink Cosmic Shimmer. I then used some Echo Park pp's from Handmade Hannah a lovely shop worth a look at.

Another super layout Hun :), gorgeous bright colours and fab misting. Love the flower, you are so clever ( I have tried a couple of times to crochet and just CANNOT get my head round it lol) Thanks for joining in again with us, good luck :)..xxxxx
ReplyDeleteGreat masking and a very pretty layout. x
ReplyDeleteGreat photos Michelle! I love your misting technique and cannot believe you made that flower yourself - I have never mastered either technique.Well done you! :)
ReplyDeleteHad a good close-up look, but can't figure out which one is you...yet :)
ReplyDeleteBeautifl layout - wish I still had me school leavers photograph. We had the photo taken where the camera was panned around - of course, there was one or two girls who ran from one end of the sitting right to the other so they appeared twice in the same picture (Sally Houghton... not me *lol*).
Lovely LO, fab flower!
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining in this month :)
